We have been detailing since 1996. From 2008 we started our mobile service in commercial level travelling around Sydney wide. We come to you at your work or home.

Do you bring your own power and water?
Yes, we can. Our vehicles are arranged to carry own power and water provided we are notified in advance. As driving around Sydney with 500 Liters of water is not safe if we don’t need it. Please prearrange and we’ll bring our own water and power.

How do you accept payments?
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, EFTPOS, Union Cards, Bank Transfer, Company Cheque and PayPal

How much notice do we have to give?
We need at least 2 or 3 days advance notice.

Sydney Wide – North Shore, City, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Parramatta, Hills District, Sutherland, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Blue Mountains, Wollongong.

Exterior Detailing

Can Supreme Mobile Car Detailing remove the swirl marks and how will they remove it?
Yes, we can remove the swirl marks and they can be done with proper machine buffing and cutting compound.

Will the Exterior Detail anyway help my paint work?
Regular buffing helps the paintwork from future fading and having dull paint work. It also increases the life of the paint work because it helps and protects from environmental damage like harsh chemicals, toxic waste and bird poo.

How safe is it to machine polish my car?
In the hands of a professional, machine polishing is safe for your car. Our polishing machines are light enough not to burn or damage the paintwork but heavy enough to lift out swirl marks and imperfections. This allows the paint to be left with a deep gloss mirror Supreme Showroom finish. Our buffing machines are top recommended brands in detailing industry.

What is a Clay Bar?
A clay bar is a product used to remove ingrained dirt from the surface of the paint or overspray from concrete and paints. It’s simply quite amazing! It lifts the material off the paint without causing any damage. After the Clay Bar machine polish is needed.

Interior Detailing

Will Interior detail remove the stain marks from my car?
Yes, we use safe chemicals to remove all the coffee/milk stain/vomit/poo/wee smells. We do steam clean the interior with anti-bacterial treatment. They are child/pet safe chemicals.

How much time will be needed to do interior detail?
Normally it depends on the condition and vehicle size.

What if the weather is bad the day of my appointment?
If you have under cover parking we can still do the job.

Full Detailing

Why do I need Full detail?
Full Detail brings the life back to the car. It’s recommended to have the full detail done once a year. We spend around 3-5 hours in detailing a sedan. You feel good when you drive a clean car.

Is Pre-Sale and Full detail same service?
Yes, we do the same service. Only in Pre-Sale detail we spend more time in what customers are looking for.

Do you detail engine in Full Detail?
Yes, we do under the hood, near engine bay area and on top of the engine.

Can I bring my vehicle to you?
Yes, we have work site to drop off and pick up later. Contact us if you need to discuss more.
